The editor for Aestheticks.com, A.J., wonders how Full Fast (created by Klaumwell Labs) may help her eating habits during the holiday season and reaches some interesting insights. A.J. outlines the key points about this Klaumwell Lab product: its’ effectiveness in other markets, its’ key ingredient and the research behind the product. She first notes that FullFast is a “sublingual spray…making waves in Europe as an effective, herbal appetite suppressant.” She also notes that is now available in the United States but not yet available in Canada.

She then discusses the key ingredient of the Klaumwell Lab Full Fast spray, Hydroxytonin. “Hydroxytonin Complex, an active rich in the amino acid L5-HTP which is known to trigger the production of serotonin. Serotonin (also known as the “happy hormone”) is a neurotransmitter that is biochemically derived from tryptophan and lives primarily in your gut. Serotonin modulates mood, emotion, sleep AND-drum roll please-appetite.”

Finally she notes the research that has been done on FullFust. “According to a randomized, double blinded study published in the Journal of Obesity in 2009, Full Fast reduces hunger and promotes a feeling of significant fullness after 5 days of use.”

In close AJ decides she will give FullFast a try for the holidays even as she notes that she often eats during the holidays for social and/or psychological reasons than because her body is hungry.
